Feature perfect
The Chrysler Sebring Tuner's exterior features new
fascias with floating PIAA fog lamps, sill extensions, hood with air extractors, deck lid spoiler as well as HID headlamps. All front openings have been fitted with custom-stamped stainless-steel mesh accented with chrome bezels. To enhance the vroom factor, it's fitted with a four litre engine mated to an automatic six-speed transmission. The exhaust system was custom bent with components supplied by CORSA, finished off with dual four-inch tips.
In-vehicle infotainment
The base Volvo C30 becomes a look into the future of in-vehicle infotainment with the many upgrades like touch screen navigation with voice control, high definition radio and slot load DVD player. The powertrain, too, takes a high-speed bent with the inclusion of a 2.5-litre supercharged and turbocharged five-cylinder, a Lysholm twin-screw super charger and Typhoon air intake system. All these combine to boost the HP to 384 at 7200 rpm. The exterior modifications include a Swedish flag paint scheme and gull wing doors.
Luxury ride
Although this Mustang GT comes equipped with a Vortech supercharger and Magnaflow performance exhaust, the real story is inside. Stitchcraft interior upgrades and accents, seats, custom audio fabrication, and installation and Relaxor seat massagers make this one a luxurious ride. The good news is that the same 450-plus horsepower V-8 engine powers the GT500 coupe and convertible. And with the
convertible’s added weight kept to a bare minimum, fewer suspension modifications are needed, meaning the handling will be far closer to that of the coupe than ever before.

Martin Winterkorn is new VW chief
In a shock announcement, Volkswagen has said that its CEO Bernd Pischetsrieder will be leaving the company. He leaves at the end of the year and will be replaced by Audi CEO Martin Winterkorn. "The presidium of the supervisory board of Volkswagen AG and the chairman of the board of management, Dr Bernd Pischetsrieder, have agreed upon his resignation effective from December 31, 2006," VW said. Pischetsrieder will take on 'special assignments' at Europe's biggest carmaker when he steps down as chief executive at the end of the year, a supervisory board source said. Volkswagen said the leaders of its board of directors recommended that Audi CEO Martin Winterkorn take over as Volkswagen CEO on January 1. Pischetsrieder had led the moves to restructure Volkswagen.
streiff takes over charge at Peugeot
PSA/Peugeot-Citroen's supervisory board has named Christian Streiff, the former CEO of European airplane maker Airbus, as the successor to departing CEO Jean-Martin Folz. Streiff, 52, will succeed Folz on February 6, PSA said in a statement. He joined PSA/Peugeot-Citroen on November 8, to get acquainted with the company. Streiff meets the requirements expressed by the founding Peugeot family who, with 45 per cent of PSA/Peugeot-Citroen's voting rights, play a key role in naming the CEO. Thierry Peugeot, chairman of the supervisory board, had described the CEO the company was looking for as an industrialist with an international experience. "There is a large consensus among the leading members of the family that he is the right man," said a company source.
