Ziad Al Haremi
CEO, oman air
Ziad bin Karim Al Haremi has taken over as the CEO of Oman Air from November 1, 2006. Haremi has been officiating as acting CEO, Oman Air since September 2005. Since joining the airline in 2001, he has occupied a number of senior managerial posts. He has served as senior manager sales, divisional manager, commercial, and has implemented a host of successful initiatives. Haremi has a degree in aviation technology from Embry Riddle University in the US.

Mudit Saxena
Head, Consumer Banking Division, Bank Dhofar
Mudit Saxena has taken on new reponsibility as the head of Bank Dhofar’s consumer banking division. He will be responsible for retail banking functions including sales and service delivery channels, consumer products and marketing. Having worked with Emirates Bank, American Express, HDFC Bank, 3M and Lowe Lintas in the Middle East and in India, Saxena brings with him a wealth of experience. His interests include golf, swimming, yoga and adventure sports.

Ali Hussein al Lawati
Vice President–Business Development, Gulf Investment Services
After his bachelors degree in commerce and economics from SQU, Lawati went on to pursue an MBA from Leicester University, UK. He came back to Oman to join Citibank where he put in three years with Citibank. This was followed by a two-year tenure with NBO. Prior to joining GIS, Lawati worked as assets manager, United Securities. He hopes to use his experience and qualifications to add value to GIS and help clients.
