Lawati is involved with project financing as well as marketing activities for Al-Habib, which is his family-run business. He is also the managing director of the four branches of Sports4All, which is concerned with the retail of sports and fitness equipment and accessories. In his current position at Al-Habib, he is looking to add value to the services provided to customers. “I am scrutinising our activities to improve and add more value for our clients and customers.” He is also working on opening Sports4All branches throughout the sultanate.

TRACEY RACIC
BRAND MANAGER FOR TIFFANY & COMPANY, JAWAHIR OMAN

Racic, who has studied at The Gemological Institute of Australia, has worked with Tiffany, one of the most famous jewellery companies in the world, through her career. She started working for Tiffany in her hometown of Sydney, Australia. After a three-year stint there, she continued with the company at Harrods, London. On completing her time there, she was headhunted to work in Oman. Racic, who will soon be travelling to New York for additional training, says that she is very enthusiastic about her work.

RAJ NAIR
BRAND MANAGER, (TLB), TOWELL AUTO CENTRE

Nair, who began his tenure at Towell in 1998 as part of the sales department of Bridgestone Tyres, has now taken over as brand manager, responsible for the entire marketing front of the TLB (Tyres, Lubes and Batteries) business in Oman. He will now be in charge of brand building for TLB, liaisoning with principals, giving special focus on developing the concept of Tyre Care Plus outlets, initiate the activity of setting up more exclusive outlets, build the retail business of TOTAL and also coordinate training for all Bridgestone employees.
