Arch has held several senior executive positions in international airlines both in the US and the Gulf region. He has worked with Independence Air as area manager-Pacific Northwest, US Airways as manager-Planning and Performance, World Airways as general manager-Western US, among others. In the 80s, he was also with Gulf Air for a year as manager-economic planning. Says Arch, "I aspire to contribute, alongside the management, to achieve the targets sought by the board of directors."
David Graves
National Service Manager for Honda, OMASCO
In his new role, Graves�primary responsibility is to manage all Honda service functions across the country and maintain total customer satisfaction. Graves comes to Omasco with an experience of more than 24 years in the auto industry, working with Mercedes Benz, BMW, Vauxhall, and Lucas, among others, mostly in management roles. Prior to joining Omasco, Graves was the regional general manager, Nationwide Autocentres, with responsibility for 14 Autocentres.
Tatjana Marinko

As the first Oxford Business Group (OBG) representative to arrive in the GCC, Marinko took an active role in forming its operations in the region, and was personally responsible for initiating operations in Oman, Kuwait and Qatar. Marinko moves into the role after being director in Abu Dhabi where she was responsible for further consolidating OBG's research presence. She is an honours graduate in International Relations, Law and Politics from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK.

Vertannes joins Etihad's Crystal Cargo division from Gulf Air where he was head of cargo, and brings nearly 40 years of aviation industry experience with him. Prior to joining Gulf Air, Vertannes held the position of chief executive at the UK-based Air Menzies International and was also the managing director of Menzies Cargo World. Says Vertannes, "It is a privilege to be joining Etihad at such an exciting time in the airline's history. I am relishing the opportunity of working with its talented team."

Andersen, who will be reporting directly to general manager Desmond Hatton, will be responsible for the operations of the entire resort comprising three hotels - Al Waha, Al Bandar and Al Husn, 19 food & beverage outlets, CHI Spa, marina, dive centre and Omani heritage village. He brings to this position more than 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He was most recently resident manager of Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (Malaysia).
