Nissan fleet customers trained in better service
With an aim to create a positive impact and to ensure that the fleet customer technicians are well versed with Nissan's standards, NMEF conducted a service–training at Nissan Middle East Training Centre exclusively for fleet owners' workshop managers. "The Nissan Tiida has become an instant best-seller in the GCC market over a very short period, “ said Ibrahim Abou Samra, manager, sales and market management at Nissan Middle East. "By offering this kind of training to our fleet customers' technicians, we are passing on the advantages to our third party customers as well,” he added.
The fleet exercise sessions conducted by NMEF revolved around intensive service
training on the new hatchback and sedan Tiida models, use of electronic service, manual and wiring diagrams, function and diagnostic tools and usage skills.
The Tiida is available in two in-line four-cylinder engine variants, the 1.8-litre MR18 and the 1.6-litre HR16, coupled to a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission.
