As salaam

Theming is our latest passion. We tried it for the first time last month, with articles and facts that revolved around the sea. We added tide tables, vital we believe in a country where everyone has a connection with the ocean, either as a source of livelihood or for pure pleasure. Taking the idea forward to our Dining Out section, rather than do the rounds of the same lot of restaurants, we had a humble fruit like the peach last month, and a dish like the gazpacho this time as the focal point around which we weave our tale.

Warm summer nights and what you can do with them is the overall theme this month. While Pinaki opts for a picturesque stroll of Bander Jissa by twilight, taking breathers at some of the most luxurious properties in town, we also bring you what the major hotels in Muscat offer by way of entertainment in the Grapevine section. Insomnia is explained in Health and just in case you really can’t sleep, our newly designed Off the Shelf section takes you for a walk down horror movie lane.
